Donnie Garland, Realtor with ERA Grizzard Real Estate, has been selected as a finalist for the ERA Rookie of the Year award.
Garland was selected from over 239 companies nation-wide as one of three finalists for this prestigious award.
He was selected based on his use of tools and technology, growth and leadership in the office, customer satisfaction ratings, and local involvement.
“This award means a lot to me,” says Garland. “It proves to myself that I'm doing something right, and I'm with the right brokerage. I plan to leverage this momentum in a few ways. I will continue to look at the resources I have at hand and implement some new strategies I'm learning at ERA's Top Gun Academy to help push me to the next level.”
Garland is an ERA Distinctive Properties agent, a member of ERA Grizzard's elite Relocation team, and closed over $7 million in sales volume in 2016. He is an active member of Orlando Regional Realtor Association, is completing his Golden Key Certification, and enjoys giving back to the local community. in 2016, he received a 100% rating from every customer on his ERA Customer Satisfaction Surveys, and is consistently bettering himself through regular trainings, seminars, and certifications.
